Product Care
Follow these simple instructions to extend the life of your swimwear.
Hand Wash Only
Hand wash with cold water (max 30°C) and a mild, pH-neutral soap. Avoid machine washing to preserve elasticity and colour.
Dry in the Shade
Always dry flat in the shade. Direct sunlight can fade colours and degrade the fabric over time. Never tumble dry.
No Ironing
Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. The fabric's stretch and shape are best preserved without heat treatment.
No Bleach
Avoid rough surfaces, sharp edges, and prolonged soaking. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
Do Not Dry Clean
Always rinse in cold fresh water after swimming in the sea or pool. This removes salt, chlorine, and sunscreen residue.
Rinse After Use
Store dry and flat in a cool, dark place. Avoid folding tightly for extended periods to maintain the shape of the elastic waistband.
Our Fabric
Da Maré swimwear is crafted from a premium blend of 85% Polyamide and 15% Elastane. This composition was chosen for its exceptional combination of performance and comfort — delivering a second-skin feel with the durability to withstand the elements.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For the 6CM cut, a snugger fit is normal and intentional.
